Don't quote it. Obj' it.
Objais turns a photograph into an insurance estimate* in 30 seconds, then routes the request to a licensed broker anywhere in the world.
Insurance still starts with a form. Objais starts with an object.
A car, a boat, a painting, a watch, a handbag... the list is endless. The user points their phone. Thirty seconds later, they have a non-binding estimate*, no questionnaire, no account, no personal data. If the amount works for them, we connect them with a licensed broker in their country. That's the whole product, and it's a step that didn't exist before: upstream of the quote, upstream of the contract.
From photo to broker
1. The estimate
A conventional journey asks between twenty and fifty questions before delivering a single figure.
Objais reverses the order: the object first, the person second. Our estimation engine identifies what it's looking at, checks it against market references, and returns an indicative amount* in a single gesture.
Nothing identifiable is collected to produce it. No name, no address, no phone number, no account. Anonymity isn't an option to switch on: it's the default state of the Objais platform.
2. The Marketplace
Objais is a licensed broker in Portugal, not an insurer. No risk sits on our balance sheet.
Demand is captured in any country. Every qualified lead is routed via Objais Partners to a locally licensed broker, who takes over the regulated part of the journey and delivers the personalised proposal. Partners earn exclusivity on leads through their responsiveness, service level and user satisfaction.
3. One system, three audiences
The same gesture applied to three markets, each validated before the next one opens.
Select — watches, jewellery, art, leather goods, supercars, yachts. Family — everyday premium vehicles, boating, pets. Business — liability, fleets and professional risks. Late 2026.
The same architecture serves all three. Only the object in front of the lens changes.
4. Web Summit 2026

Objais will be at Web Summit, in Lisbon, from 9 to 12 November 2026.
We'll be presenting the photo-based estimate and the distribution model that extends it, and meeting investors and partner brokers there. Slots are booking now.
Why now?
Embedded, instant insurance is growing because it answers a demand for simplicity, not a demand for another product.
Services that don't require identity disclosure make it easier to ask, especially for valuable objects where the declaration is itself a risk.
Visual recognition has become precise enough to value an object, not just classify it.
A partner network already established across several territories converts that demand wherever it appears.
The team and the plan
We built the Objais ecosystem with a committed team, several decades of insurance expertise, and a technology vision guided by a single aim: to simplify and improve the user experience.
AI gimmicks don't interest us.
Our 2026 roadmap is focused on strengthening our offering with Objais Select and Family, a version aimed at a broader premium audience.
To accelerate our rollout and scale more effectively, we've put together a plan, the product of our experience and our vision.
If the concept has caught your attention, we'd be glad to discuss it. Contact us
*Indicative, non-binding estimate. Final premium subject to acceptance by partner insurers.
